I think about systems through the combined lens of architecture, execution, and resilience. I am interested in how complex things actually work: how products reach people, how networks hold together, how dependencies build over time, and what separates an interesting idea from one that can survive real deployment. That perspective has steadily brought my work toward broadband, WiFi, 6G, cyber-physical resilience, and AI at the infrastructure and mission-critical layer — areas where technical design, operational continuity, and execution discipline cannot be separated.

My foundation was built in product, market development, and user behavior. I began in digital media and OTT, working on Ditto TV, one of India’s pioneering streaming platforms, where I focused on growth, retention, release discipline, and analytics-led optimization during a formative stage in the market. I also worked across: Latest News, Videos and Photos on - India.Com News and related publishing properties at scale, helping manage large audiences, editorial strategy, monetization, and

expansion efforts that sharpened my understanding of how products behave differently across segments, geographies, and business models.

As my work expanded into North America, that understanding deepened. I helped launch products for diasporic and international audiences across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, including ZeeFamily.tv, and spent time doing in-home ethnographic research to understand how people actually consumed content in their everyday environments. That experience taught me to connect product decisions to lived behavior, device realities, market conditions, and distribution constraints — and it made clear that successful products are rarely the result of features alone. They depend on how well the underlying system fits the environment it is entering.

Over time, my attention moved further down the stack. I wanted to understand not only what should be built, but how the architecture beneath it worked, how different components came together, and what it took to move a complex system from concept to reliable execution. That led me deeper into cloud and systems thinking, and eventually into technical program management, where the challenge is not simply coordination but making sure technical, business, and operational realities stay aligned as complexity increases.

Today, I work at that intersection. In broadband and connected systems, I have led complex programs spanning streaming integrations, prepaid broadband, premium connectivity experiences, whole-home WiFi, multi-carrier speed-test syndication, data-model modernization, and Storm Ready WiFi, including launches that required coordination across hardware, firmware, cloud systems, app experiences, open-source broadband stacks, back-office services, and carrier-specific implementation requirements. What ties that work together is a focus on resilience: how systems behave under pressure, how they recover, how cross-functional dependencies are managed, and whether a design can hold once it meets scale, policy, and operational friction.

That is also how I approach AI. I am not interested in generic commentary or abstraction for its own sake. I care about AI where it changes how infrastructure is operated, how resilience is engineered, how mission-critical decisions are supported, and how automation behaves under constraint. The same standard shapes how I think about broadband and network policy: what matters is not only the ambition of the idea, but whether it can be implemented in the real world with credibility.

This body of work brings those threads together. I write to make complex systems more legible, to connect technical architecture with strategic consequence, and to build a serious body of analysis around infrastructure, resilience, and execution reality.
